Joint Venture Agreement for Management Company

    Up to $4.999M – flat fee as advertised
    $5M – $9.99M – 5% increase of flat fee
    $10M & above – 10% increase of flat fee and an additional 10% of flat fee for every $10M. Flat fee capped at $30,000.

* short notice requests for legal services or work required outside normal business hours may be charged an increased hourly rate or 10% increased flat fee at the attorney’s sole discretion
